Walking in Val Ferret

With Tanya's dad and my mum coincidentally both in Switzerland, we decided it was a great idea to go for a walk in the hills (because we always think that's a great idea). We headed to Val Ferret with the intent to walk up to Grand Col Ferret. Unfortunately late-season snow meant we didn't make it to the col itself -- much like last time Tanya and I tried to walk there! None-the-less it was a wonderful walk in gorgeous green valleys, up to monochrome snowy landscapes and back down into fields full of marmots and spring flowers. Here are some pictures.
